Doing so is not easy or cheap though. We have costs to cover for website, event and podcast hosting as well as purchase of wristbands, tee shirts, mugs and other swag. Our team dedicates countless hours to identify locations, plan and execute events and spend a great deal of their own money to do so. Keeping some revenue in our accounts makes it possible to do bigger, better things and more boldly connect people and create communities where we live.
